①名刺入れは上着の内ポケットに入れておきます。
さっと内ポケットから取り出すと、スマートな印象を与えます。
前提として、自分の名刺は切らさないように心がけましょう。
②立ち上がり、訪問先では相手より先に出します。
目下の人（売り手）が先に出し、目上の人（買い手）が先に受け取ります。
複数人での場合は、役職が上の人から行います。
机を挟んで渡すのはNGです。
③名刺は先方から文字が読める向きで、文字が指にかからないように会社名と氏名を名乗って渡します。
④受け取る際は、先方の肩書き、名前に目を通して、漢字が読めなかった場合には確認します。
この時、相手の会社のロゴや名前の上に指を置いて受け取らないように注意！
⑤もらった名刺はしばらくテーブルの上の邪魔にならない所に置き、折を見て名刺入れにしまいます。
相手の前で名刺にメモを書き込んだりする行為はNGです。
