2020年東京オリンピックにむけて
先日閉会した冬期オリンピック、盛り上がりましたね！私もカーリングの試合を夢中で観戦した一人です。
次は2年後、いよいよ東京オリンピックです！
そんな、きたるオリンピックイヤーに向けて、昨年秋スポーツ庁は「FUN+WALK PROJECT」を発表しました。オリンピック開催国として、国民にも運動に興味を持ってもらう、ただ健康のために歩くだけではなく楽しもう！といった取り組みです。

歩くことをもっと楽しく、楽しいことをもっと健康的なものにするスポーツ庁の官民連携プロジェクトです。
「歩く」を入口に、国民の健康増進を目指しています。

スニーカー通勤が始動！
このプロジェクトの一環として、この3月から本格的に指導するのが「スニーカー通勤」です。
いまや日本の常識となっている「クールビズ」も、始まった当初は手探りだったことが懐かしく思い出されます。
昨年始まった「プレミアムフライデー」は残念ながら「絵に描いた餅」状態ですが、「スニーカー通勤」はプライベートで身近な「スニーカー」と毎日の通勤を組み合わせる取り組みで、労働時間の制約等を受けない分、広がりを見せるのではないでしょうか？
スポーツ庁も推薦する「リュック通勤」！
ホームページを見ても、スニーカー通勤のバッグは「リュック」がおススメのようです。
これまで「ビジネスシーンでリュックはなぁ…」と、迷っていた方も「リュック通勤」を始めるきっかけになりますね！
今までのビジネス用リュックより、少しカジュアルなタイプのリュックを集めてみました！
ON/OFFどちらも使えるミニマムデザイン
すっきりしたデザインは服装を選びません。これならOFFの時間も使いたくなりそうです。

スニーカー通勤するなら、ちょっとだけリュックもスポーティーなものにチャレンジするのもありかも。このリュックは肩ひもを片方だけ、両方ともとどちらも収納OK。ワンショルダーだと、肩にかけたまま荷物を前に回せるのがイイんですよね。
